Artist Sews Portraits into His Hands

David Catá feels the strong influence of some individuals in his life, close friends and family members. As a way to share this and makes them aware just how much they've meant to him, he sews portraits of them directly into his palms.

Portraits of Dogs Dressed Like Humans

Every single portrait that Sebastian delivers is certainly going to put a smile on the viewer's face. Room Portraits From Above

German photographer Menno Aden comes with a series of Berlin rooms from an unusual perspective, looking downwards from the ceiling. In each and every scenario the camera has been placed at the center of the ceiling to make a photo that appears flattened and abstracted.

Outstanding Sewing Thread Portraits

What you will discover down the page are series of portraits by artist Kumi Yamashita. Each and every portrait is actually created from just one unbroken dark-colored thread twisted through a dense array of galvanized nails installed on a white colored panel, and therefore the darker spots within the portrait are actually created from the density of the string.
