Best Before

Nearly all packed foods contain a 'best before' date placed over the package, wrapper or bottle. This particular date will give you a good idea of how far the food can last just before it will lose quality. What you can see here are photos of the different goodies found in the kitchen of a 90 year-old grandma (lived through World War II) who decided not to trust expiration dates.
