One major tip to keep in mind is that you should never consider hiring your friends or the people you like. Differences arise out of working together which may spoil relationships too.

To start a business, you will need money. While one option is to borrow money from your friends and family, the other option is to take a loan from a bank or a financial institution. Irrespective of what you choose, your final aim must to be to reduce total costs and the overheads involved.
